The Air Jordan 5 Retro 'Fire Red Black Tongue' builds on Michael Jordan's fifth signature shoe, which debuted in 1990. Tinker Hatfield drew on the World War II P-51 Mustang fighter plane for its shark-tooth midsole, and added translucent netting on the side panels, clear lace locks and a padded, high-cut collar.
This 2025 release pairs a white leather upper with fire red and black accents, finished with the black tongue that gives this version its name.
