Cleaning Every Item
Once we acquire your shoes, they go through a rigorous 4-day cleaning and sanitation process at our dedicated facility. After cleaning, each pair undergoes another round of detailed inspection by our detailing team. Final touch-ups include repainting and sole icing, when necessary, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality at the best value.
When ready, the shoes are individually re-laced and prepped for our weekly New Release drops which can be found in our online store or at one of our store locations:

Selling/Trading With Us?
Visit us at any of our in-store locations and our Buyback Team will walk you through the whole process.
In accordance with local laws and safety measures, we require the following when buying items:
- Bring Government Issued ID with Full Name and DOB.
- Person selling must be 18 years and/or older.
For authentication purposes and best service, these are other reminders to keep in mind when selling with us:
- Designer Brands (ie. Balenciaga, Gucci, Prada, etc.) must have their original box. We do accept other, primarily streetwear, brands without the box.
- Unfortunately, any sneaker made before 2012 we do not accept. This includes OG Jordan color ways, etc.
- If unsure, contact your local Sneaker P for clarification.
