Sneaker Premier Membership Terms and Subscription Policy

Membership and eligibility
Membership is provided by Harford MD LLC, doing business as Sneaker Premier, 5428 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21214, United States. Membership accounts must be owned by a United States resident who is at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement where they live. Teens ages 13–17 may participate only through an account owned by their parent or legal guardian, with that adult’s permission and supervision. Children under 13 may not use the membership service. The adult account owner must accept these terms, authorize charges using a payment method they are authorized to use, and remains responsible for account activity, bids and purchases. Minors may not own separate membership accounts.
Plans and automatic renewal
Founding Membership costs US$19.95 per month, Standard Membership US$29.95 per month, and Plus Membership US$69.95 per month. There is no activation fee. Your selected membership is charged at checkout and renews monthly at the disclosed price until canceled. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your subscription account shows your scheduled renewal information. Membership fees purchase membership access and benefits; auction wins require separate payment. Membership does not guarantee an auction win.
Founding enrollment and plan availability
Founding enrollment closes Monday, December 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, including that full minute. New Founding enrollment is unavailable from December 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Standard replaces Founding for new core-plan enrollments after that deadline. Continuing Founding memberships do not automatically convert to Standard when the enrollment window ends. Plus is available for initial enrollment. Existing-membership upgrades and downgrades are unavailable at launch.
Managing and canceling your membership
Use subscription management from your member account to update your payment method or cancel. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, without an additional advance-notice requirement. Eligible access continues through the period already paid for, subject to payment reversals, fraud restrictions and applicable account restrictions. Cancellation does not cancel an auction purchase or unpaid winning bid. If a renewal charge is already processing when you cancel, contact us so we can review its timing and status. Membership refunds
Membership fees are not routinely refunded or prorated for an unused part of a paid period. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges, provide refunds required by applicable law, and may grant additional refunds at our discretion. Contact support@sneakerp.com if you believe a charge is incorrect. This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Membership-fee refunds are separate from merchandise refunds and late-auction-payment handling.
Failed payments and access
A failed renewal can affect membership access. Update your payment method through subscription management if payment fails. A Founding-rate recovery window, where applicable, does not itself extend paid auction access. Payment reversals, chargebacks, fraud or administrative restrictions can affect access separately from cancellation. Contact support if you believe your membership status is incorrect.
Auctions and payment obligations
Auctions are scheduled Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from noon Eastern Time until 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time the following day. Tuesday previews begin Sunday at noon Eastern Time. Members may select up to three auctions per auction day and place unlimited valid bids on selected auctions. Bidding starts at $1, with $2 increments. A winning bid commits the account owner to pay the winning amount and applicable checkout charges by the stated deadline. Review each listing’s condition, fulfillment details and charges before bidding. Auction-winning purchases are final sale: no discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, fit or size preference, or a condition accurately disclosed in the listing. The ordinary merchandise return window does not apply to auction-winning purchases. This does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law for defective or misdescribed goods, an incorrect item, non-delivery or other legally protected claims. Winner deadlines and unpaid wins
The standard winner-payment window is 12 hours plus a 10-minute grace period. Where the overnight payment extension applies, eligible payment must be completed strictly before 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on the morning after the original scheduled auction close. Your winner notice provides the dated deadline. Opening a checkout link does not extend it. Payments at or after the applicable cutoff are subject to verified cancellation and refund processing; refund confirmation may take additional time. After payment reconciliation, an unpaid win may be forfeited and joining or bidding on the next scheduled auction day restricted. Three unpaid wins trigger administrative review. These auction restrictions do not prevent ordinary shopping. Contact support if a payment or restriction appears incorrect.
Points and rewards
Core membership earns four points per eligible merchandise dollar and 20 points for the first valid accepted bid in each auction. Plus doubles these rates to eight points per eligible merchandise dollar and 40 points for the first valid accepted bid. Selecting an auction or placing additional bids in the same auction does not earn another first-bid bonus. Redemption is optional: 2,500 points for a $25 reward, 5,000 for $50, 7,500 for $75, or 10,000 for $100. Review the redemption conditions shown before redeeming. Refunds and other qualifying reversals can remove earned points, including creating a negative points balance. Paid membership is separate from any free loyalty program. Redeemed rewards may be used only on eligible ordinary one-time merchandise purchases. Reward codes cannot pay membership subscription fees or auction-winning orders. Auction wins must be paid at the winning bid amount plus applicable checkout charges. Each reward code is account-bound and single-use. Other applicable redemption conditions are shown before confirmation. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Plus cleaning benefit
Plus includes cleaning for one pair per paid Plus period, covering any existing cleaning category, including designer cleaning, with no additional cleaning charge. The $60 benefit is shared across participating approved Sneaker Premier locations. Unused benefits do not carry over. Redeem in store through the approved register process, with in-person drop-off and pickup; the benefit is not available online or by mail. Confirm service availability with the store before drop-off.
Other purchases, notices and support
Membership does not include free shipping. Applicable merchandise, shipping, pickup, return and privacy policies remain available through the store and apply to the relevant transaction. We provide renewal and other service notices required by applicable law or payment-provider requirements. Marketing preferences do not replace essential billing or cancellation communications.
